Swedish massage and a combination of other techniques to get the stress out of the most used areas of our bodies!! Good for people short on time.
Massage Medley is a Swedish massage with deep tissue, Shiatsu, myofascial release and craniosacral combined to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed after your session.
Couples Massage can be enjoyed two ways. The most popular choice is for both of you to have a massage side by side, each with your own therapist. Another way is for couples to learn to massage each other. With one person on the table, I’ll work side by side with the other person to show you how to massage. Both will have a massage and a fun time learning how to ease stress and muscle tension. Please note this is better for people with more time and sometimes it’s hard to focus on learning if you’d rather just relax! Either way, couples massage is great for any twosome.
Prenatal Massage uses pillows for support and focuses on the special needs a person carrying a baby can have. Bring your favorite pillow if you like!!!
Shiatsu is bodywork done through clothing. Using the same meridians as acupuncture, touch is used instead of needles to bring your body to balance. A typical session is an hour, and includes some traditional massage as well. Since I am still completing my studies, the fee is a student rate. I will complete my basic training in July 2008, and complete the full curriculum in June of 2009.
