Website Use

This website is intended to provide information about our services, pricing, promotions, and policies. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.

Reservations

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve appointments or spa packages.

Appointments are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our booking system.

​

A full deposit will be billed 24 hours in advance..

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice stated in our Cancellation Policy is subject to a cancellation fee.

​

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") results in the full service amount being charged.

​

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times while the full service price remains applicable.

Group Reservations

Groups are subject to separate booking requirements, deposits, cancellation policies, and minimum service requirements.

​

Group appointments (up to 5 people) can be booked online or by phone. Parties of 6 and more require booking through a group coordinator.

​

For parties of 4 or more, a 25 percent service charge will be added when using the Spa Pool area.

​​

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. A 50% deposit applies at time of booking. The remaining payment for group appointments is processed 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

 

To preserve a peaceful environment for all guests, large parties may require exclusive facility rental. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that attempt to circumvent our group booking policies by making multiple separate reservations.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Applicable taxes, service charges, and gratuities may be added where appropriate.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

 

Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards is not the responsibility of the spa.

Gift cards may not be used after any applicable expiration period if permitted by law.

Health & Medical Information

Guests are responsible for informing therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medications, or other health concerns prior to treatment.

Our services are intended for relaxation and wellness and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

​

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments when necessary for guest safety.

Spa Facilities

Guests use spa facilities, pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation areas at their own risk.

Guests agree to follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions.

​

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or inappropriate.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our guests and our team.

 

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate behavior, including sexual remarks, advances, requests, gestures, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or any other conduct that makes our staff or guests feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

 

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy. Any guest who violates this policy will have their treatment ended immediately and may be permanently prohibited from returning.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming, professional environment for everyone. 

Personal Property

While we strive to provide a safe environment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Photography

All photographs, videos, logos, graphics, website content, and marketing materials are the property of Blossom Massage and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Photography or video recording on spa premises may be restricted to protect the privacy of our guests.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, graphics, and design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Blossom Massage, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Guests voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with spa treatments and the use of spa facilities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on this website.
